Ammo Powers is a category of Powers available to the different Classes in Mass Effect 3. There were three main sections that categorized the Powers, which are now divided into five sections. They can be sorted into Biotic, Combat, Tech, Ammo and Grenade powers. These categories determine which upgrades apply to the power.
- Bonus Powers are earned through playing the game. Bonus Powers are still sorted into the same categories are regular powers. Unlocking these in previous games will allow players to select from their available Bonus Powers during Character Creation.
