Citadel: Alien Medi-Gel Formula is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Alien Medi-Gel Formula is about creating a new formula of Medi-Gel specifically for aliens. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

You have to complete Priority: Palaven first.

There are two ways to acquire this Mission.

First, by listening to the doctor standing on the left as you exit the elevator, at the Huerta Memorial Hospital on the Citadel. Alternatively, you can find the formula in N7: Cerberus Lab.

This Mission must be completed before starting Priority: Tuchanka
Citadel: Alien Medi-Gel Formula Walkthrough
While completing N7: Cerberus Lab, access a console to learn about a failed Cerberus experiment. Labeled a failure because it has no effect on Humans, it is a medical breakthrough for Hanar. Once you complete the Mission, head back to the hospital and hand the formula over to the Doctor.
If you didn't manage to grab the formula, you can purchase it at the Spectre Requisitions terminal for 1000 Credits.
