Citadel: Cerberus Ciphers is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Cerberus Ciphers is about a C-Sec officer that needs updated cipher in order to be able to break Cerberus codes.. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

You have to complete Priority: The Citadel II first.

While on the Citadel Embassies, you can overhear Turian officer Dellk. He can be found in front of a terinal at the end of the corridor.
Citadel: Cerberus Ciphers Walkthrough
You can find the terminal on the far right, after the second objective during N7: Communication Hub.
If you did not manage to obtain the codes while completing the Mission, you can purchase them at the Spectre Requisitions for 1000 Credits.
Return to Dellk and talk to him to complete the Mission.
