Citadel: Inspirational Stories is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Inspirational Stories is about finding inspiration footage to raise morale for the war effort. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

You have to complete Priority: The Citadel II first.

To earn the Mission speak to Solik Vass at the Citadel Docks security checkpoint.
Citadel: Inspirational Stories Walkthrough
Speak to Solik and learn about his requests. You need to take 3 photos of the 4 available opportunity locations. These are:
A Salarian consoling a Human woman at the Memorial Wall.
At the Cargo Hold: B, near the refugee camp doctor, you will find a woman and a batarian laying down.
A woman having a conversation with a male human/batarian at the area between bay e24 and e26.
James Vega playing cards with three other people at the area between baye26 and e28.
After taking the photos, return to Solik to hand them over. This will complete the Mission.
