Citadel: Medi-gel Sabotage is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Medi-gel Sabotage is about repairing sabotaged medi-gel dispensers. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.
How to unlock Citadel: Medi-gel Sabotage

You have to complete Priority: The Citadel II first.

Talk to the Clinic Doctor in the Docks: Holding Area in the Citadel. You can find him in the center of Cargo Hold: B. Then head to Bay E24 and talk to Conrad Verner.
Citadel: Medi-gel Sabotage Walkthrough
You will find 3 Medi-Gel dispensers in the Docks: Holding Area. There are 4 dispensers around the docks but you only need to fix 3 before returning to the doctor. You can find them in the following locations:
Just outside Cargo Hold: A on the right
Inside Cargo Hold: A immediately to the left
Cargo Hold: C near the clump of Batarians and the kiosk for Batarian State Arms
In Bay E28, in the corner.
Once you have repaired 3 Medi-Gel dispensers head bacj to Cargo Hold: B to talk to the clinic doctor to finish the Mission.
