Citadel: Volus Ambassador is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Volus Ambassador is about investigating a Volus ambassador and his possible ties to Cerberus. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

You have to complete Priority: The Citadel II first.

You will receive an email from Primarch Victus after stopping the Cerberus Coup, this will add the Mission to your journal.
Citadel: Volus Ambassador Walkthrough
Head to the Citadel Embassies and go to the Spectre Room. Use the Spectre yo receive the location of Din Korlack. Talk to the Turian guard who is at the Office Suite in the Citadel Embassies. Talk to him again and he will let you into the office. You will find a terminal containing audio recordings of previous events. They are evidence of Korlack's collusion with Cerberus. If you imported your save from Mass Effect 2 with Zaeed Massani alive, you will hear him here.
Once you have listened to the three recordings, you will find an earpiece with a link to Korlack on the opposite side of the room. A cutscene will be triggered and you will end up in the Presidium Commons. Head to Apartment 80 or 94, the ones at the far ends of the hall. Whichever apartment you try first, will be the wrong door, move quickly to the other door. There you will find Korlack being guarded, it depends on your actions who will be guarding him:
- If Zaeed Massani survived the Suicide Mission and you secured his loyalty on Mass Effect 2, he greets you after disposing of Korlack's other guards. If you didn't manage to secure his loyalty, he dies after killing the mercs.
- If you never recruited Zaeed Massani, a human female and a Krogan male stand poised to kill Korlack before Commander Shepard dispatches.
After the cutscene, you will be presented with a choice between saving the colony or gaining the Volus Bombing Fleet War Asset. If you have Zaeed's loyalty, you can choose a Paragon or Renegade option that nets you both.
Once decided, the Mission will be completed.
