Citadel: Wounded Batarian is a Side Mission in Mass Effect 3. Citadel: Wounded Batarian is about a wounded Batarian that may actually be a terorist. Side Mission are secondary quests in Mass Effect 3, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

You have to complete Priority: The Citadel II first.

You will get the Mission by hearing two people talking about a Batarian terrorist named Ghorek, in the Presidium Commons.
Citadel: Wounded Batarian Walkthrough
Head to the back of Cargo Hold C, in the Citadel's Dock: Holding Area. You will find a Turian nurse standing outside a refugee accommodation. Talk to her, and she will tell you about the wounded Batarian and his chances of survival. You will be allowed to talk to the terrorist.
Gorehk will admit wanting to take revenge on Aratoht, the colony destroyed in the Alpha Relay explosion during the events of Arrival, a DLC pack for Mass Effect 2. It doesn't matter if you did play the DLC, Gorehk's motivation isn't affected by that.
The Batarian will ask for you to take off his life support. You can decide to fulfill his wish or let the nurse administer a sedative. If you do as he asks, he will thank you before dying.
