Decoy is a Power in Mass Effect 3. Decoy is a Power that belongs to Bonus Tech Powers and is available to the Adept /  Engineer / Infiltrator/ Vanguard / Soldier  /  Sentinel. Powers in Mass Effect 3 are a set of abilities that can be used to attack Enemies or to defend you and your squad. As you level up, you acquire Squad Points that can be spent to improve your Powers.
