M-300 Claymore is a Shotgun in Mass Effect 3. Shotguns are one of the six types of Weapons available in Mass Effect 3 and they deal massive damage at short-range. Weapons in Mass Effect 3 are used to inflict damage to both Enemies or Bosses alongside Powers. Unlike the previous game, Classes do not limit the type of weaponry at your disposal.
M-300 Claymore Information
The Claymore used to be a hard-hitting but poor-selling shotgun due to kickback problems snapping the arms of anyone but Krogan firing the weapon. After a rehaul of its kinetic dampening system, the Claymore is being rolled out again. As a way to lure back customers, the gun's manufacturer has lowered the shotgun's selling price without skimping on its stopping-power.

M-300 Claymore Location
Single-player:
The M-300 Claymore can be found during the mission "Attican Traverse: Krogan Team", inside the first building. It can also be purchased from Cipritine Armory post-mission.
Multi-player:
Weapons are randomly rewarded through purchases of item packs. The M-300 Claymore is categorized as rare.
M-300 Claymore Available Upgrades
Shotguns can have two active upgrades at the same time. In order to apply these upgrades, you have to do it at a weapon bench:
