Nemesis is an Enemy in Mass Effect 3. Nemesis will attack Commander Shepard and his Companions when they see them. Nemesis is a Organic, and belongs to the Cerberus. They are often equipped with the following weapons: M-13 Raptor. Enemies in Mass Effect 3 are the primary obstacles in Missions and Side Missions, and they grant Commander Shepard and the squad Experience Points once defeated.
Nemesis Description
The Nemesis is the main Sniper marksman military unit in the Cerberus faction. As such, they wield minimal armor, and the M-13 Raptor sniper rifle, capable of assassinating targets with one shot from long range.
The Nemesis mainly survive attacks through their moderate shield, and their "peek-a-boo" tactic of firing and then quickly hiding behind cover. Since the red-laser on the M-13 Raptor gives away their position, they tend to retreat to another position with their rocket boots after firing a few rounds.
Nemesis Combat Info
One of the methods to guarantee a Nemesis to miss her shot is to dodge sideways when the red-laser is on you, right before she shoots.
Try to always confront the Nemesis in melee, instead of counter-sniping. Nemesis' complete lack of defense against melee, and inability to use their sniper at close range makes this an easy way to eliminate her.
