Umbra Visor is a Helmet in Mass Effect 3. Umbra Visor increases power damage and can only be used by Commander Shepard. Helmet protects the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Helmets can be toggled off if the player so desires.
Umbra Visor Information
A next-generation night-vision device that assists targeting. By detecting the focal point of the wearer's eyes and enhancing the image at that location, the visor helps direct a biotic power or a shot from an omni-tool exactly where the wearer is looking.

How to get Umbra Visor
You can find it after stepping out of the shuttle during Priority: Thessia. It is at the center of the courtyard, on the ground, next to the ammo boxes.
