Poloh Tern is a Location in Mass Effect 3. Poloh Tern is located in the Satu Arrd system within the Aethon Cluster cluster. Locations can be explored while you traverse the galaxy. Locations may vary in size or scope, and may or may not have Missions associated to them. Some of them can only be scanned from atop the Normandy, while others can be landed on.
Poloh Tern Information
This world is considered to be a captured extrasystem planet that has built up its atmosphere for millions of years until it reaches the hot climate it has today. Mechanized volus miners went to Poloh Tem when element zero was discovered here. In turn, the pirates set off on the volus, but they found out for themselves that the volus could afford to buy serious influence in the Turian Hierarchy.
The reapers, instead of destroying the orbital stations over Poloh Tern, decided to occupy them. It is possible that element zero is rare enough for the Reapers to obtain it themselves - but more likely their troops are stationed here in case the repulsed turian forces try to take over the planet again.
