Fitness is a Power in Mass Effect 3. Fitness is a Power that belongs to Combat Powers and is available to the Soldier. Powers in Mass Effect 3 are a set of abilities that can be used to attack Enemies or to defend you and your squad. As you level up, you acquire Squad Points that can be spent to improve your Powers.
Fitness Description
Put on some muscle and become fearless in close-quarters combat. Each Class has its own versions of how Fitness Power applies to them.

Fitness is available to all Commander Shepard Classes:
Fitness Progression Rewards
- Each rank upgrade requires the same points as the rank.
- From Rank 4 onwards, players need to choose between two different evolutions
- Once you have chosen an evolution, you can not change it back.
