Garrus Vakarian is a Companion for Mass Effect 3. Garrus Vakarian can fight alongside Commander Shepard. Garrus Vakarian is proficient in the following Weapons: Sniper Rifles, Assault Rifles; Garrus Vakarian is also capable of the following Powers: Overload, Proximity Mine, Concussive Shot, and Armor-Piercing Ammo.

 

Garrus Vakarian Information

• Garrus Vakarian is a Turian who was formerly a member of the Citadel Security or C-Sec, he made his first appearance in Mass Effect 1.
• Similar to most Turians, he had his military training at an early age and later on, followed in his father's footsteps in becoming a C-Sec officer.
• Garrus is a possible romantic interest towards a Female Shepard only.

 

How to Recruit Garrus Vakarian

• If you import your save file from Mass Effect 2, provided that he survived the Suicide Mission (Final Battle), you'll be able to recruit him upon meeting him on the Turian Homeworld.
• On the other hand, if you start a new game without importing your save file, the game will just process it by default that he is alive and was able to survive the last mission in ME2, still allowing players to recruit him on the Turian Homeworld.

Garrus Vakarian Alternate Outfits

Outfits change the appearance or clothing of squadmates and it also adds a passive bonus such as Weapon Damage, Bonus Shields, Power Recharge Speed, and more. By default, each main companion has access to one "Alternate" outfit, but with other DLCs that you own, there are also a couple more alternative outfits to choose from. Players can change the outfits of the companions by accessing the terminal in Shepard's cabin on the Normandy SR-2 or when you are about to leave and choose your companion before starting a Mission.
